The most important thing an AI can say to a guest is “I’m not sure — let me get the host.” HostOS answers only from your verified facts and approved knowledge, and escalates the rest. A confident wrong answer costs you a guest; an honest escalation costs you a minute.
A chatbot answers messages. An operating system removes the work behind them. We ask a simple question of every feature: what manual task does this eliminate? If the answer is weak, we don’t build it.
Guests write in Hinglish, switch to Hindi mid-sentence, and ask about power backup and parking. HostOS understands code-mixed messages and replies in the guest’s own language — because that’s the real conversation, not the demo one.
