Terms of service
Using HostOS
HostOS drafts and, where enabled, sends grounded replies to guest questions on your behalf. You’re responsible for the property information and knowledge you teach it, and for the decisions you approve. Consequential decisions stay yours.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your workspace information accurate. You may add team members and roles; you’re responsible for their access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put guests at risk.
Plans, trials & billing
HostOS is in early access — you are not charged today. When billing launches, subscriptions are billed per workspace in ₹ (INR) with GST invoicing, every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and you can cancel anytime; see Pricing.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use HostOS to deceive guests or send content you know to be false.
- Don’t attempt to access another workspace’s data or circumvent security controls.
- Follow the platform rules and laws that apply to your listings.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep HostOS reliable and secure, but the service is provided “as is.” Our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement. Enterprise SLAs are available.
