Privacy at HostOS
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, work email, workspace), the property information and knowledge you teach HostOS, and — where you connect a provider — the listing and conversation history you authorize us to import. We collect operational logs to run the service securely.
How we use it
To operate HostOS for you: to answer guest questions grounded in your data, to show you explanations and audit trails, and to keep the service secure and reliable. Guest personal data is redacted before it is sent to any model.
What we don’t do
- We do not train publicly available models on your content.
- We do not sell your data or your guests’ data.
- We do not let one workspace see another’s data — isolation is enforced by the database.
Your rights
You can access, export and request erasure of your data. Retention is configurable, and erasure cascades with an export. We support data-subject rights under India’s DPDP Act and the EU GDPR as we expand.
Security
Encrypted secrets, row-level tenant isolation, revocable sessions and an immutable audit trail. See the Security and Compliance pages for detail.
